Oh no~

It scared me when i open the email that my friend sent to me which it's topic is "The top five cancer-causing foods". At first i thght it should be the food like instant noodles++. But my guess was wrong. Now let me shares it with u guys :::

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

(Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you cant live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.)

HOT DOGS!!!! Oh no, i love it so much and eat it quite frequent......

(Processed meats and bacon also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raised the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.)

Luckily i am not too often consume this type of food.. Risk -1....

(Doughnuts are cancer-causing double troube. First, they are made with flour, sugar and hydrogenerated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams, may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise the risk of cancer.)

Too bad for those who are JCo and big apple fans~~ bleks.. Luckily i am not that interested in doughnuts. Risk -1 again..

(French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer-causing acryl amides which occurs during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries not French fries, said Adams.)

Oh no~~ my favorite French fries is in the list but somehow i expected it la.. Risk +++ coz i eat quite often...

(Chips, crackers and cookies are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose lables claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.)

Ok~ Tis is still ok for me because i do like these food but not that often i eat it. So okok for me la~ Risk no + no -.. ^_^

So guys, do take care of our health. Prevention is better than cure, do avoid large consume of those foods which listed up there k? HEALTH IS IMPORTANT~
